$50 Provides almost 2.5 hours of Homemaker help with laundry, linen changes, light housekeeping and grocery shopping
$60 Provides a home bound senior with nearly six days worth of nutritious Meals on Wheels
$100 Provides a caregiver with a 4 hour Respite
$120 Enables a lonely senior to enjoy 1 month of social activities and hot meals at one of our Neighborhood Lunch Program Sites
$330 Provides 28 shopping trips to the grocery store for our seniors in the Neighborhood Lunch Program
$350 Provides an electric wheelchair from Stepping Stone giving a senior the independence they deserve.
$365 Pays for 1 year of Emergency Alert Response monitoring in the event of an emergency
$600 Provides 1 year of Care Management services which enables a senior to remain independent and have improved quality of life
$1000 Allows Guardianship for Senior Citizens to provide legal, medical and social assistance for 2 months to a senior who is no longer able to care for themselves
$3200 Enables a senior to remain independent and in their own home for one year with the assistance of Meals on Wheels
$4100 Provides a frail home bound senior with a year of individualized services that will enable them to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible
